Family Camp is a seven-day immersion in community and play!
Family Camp is an annual community retreat. It is more than a traditional camping experience with friends and family, it is a seven-day immersion in community that has been thriving for two decades.
The week we spend together is an opportunity to create a dynamic and supportive environment that removes many of the external distractions in our lives, allowing us to unplug, restore and connect more deeply to ourselves, our families, and each other. For these seven days, we live in a consciously created community centered around the core values of exploration, connection, integrity, interdependence and play. We emerge from these seven days together ready to boldly live these values in our everyday lives.
At Family Camp, we expand our experience of ourselves and one another through various activities and events including: authentic conversation, art, workshops, music, sports, swimming, yoga, skit night, singing, drumming, dancing, meditation, sacred circles, theater, healing arts, hiking, volleyball, laughter, amazing food and lots of celebration. Everything about our experience will be generated and enjoyed and held in community. Needless to say, this is a unique and extraordinary experience.
It can be hard to feel nourished, present and connected in our everyday lives.
Many of us feel the disconnection and loneliness of our fast-paced, device-oriented and productivity-centered society.
But we don’t have to live this way. Connection and community is available—and this is what we are committed to creating together every year at Family Camp!

The Theme for 2026 is: Create The Joy!
Joy is something we can create with others. Community happens when we fill up someone else’s cup and they in turn fill up ours. Imagine living each day embodying this ethos. Family camp is a precious week outside of our daily commitments and distractions where we immerse ourselves in nature, creativity and beloved community.
Imagine a week outside of time where the well spring inside of you bubbles over in joyful play and service to the greater good. Imagine being the recipient of joyful service within your fellow community.
Perhaps there was a time when you were younger, when you experienced the delight of filling another’s cup with water- quenching their thirst not only through hydration, but also through making heartfelt connection. Perhaps the joy of filling another’s cup inspired reciprocation and your thirst was quenched also. Imagine drinking fully that perfect cup of water.
Let’s join together in creating community and joy for each other this upcoming year.
For the first time, we are celebrating Family Camp during the first week of July. This means Family Camp will be taking place during the 4th of the July, which will be the first official day of camp!
